The Bundesliga soccer team is only allowed to play one test match in just under two weeks before the championship starts again. Most dress rehearsals are already fixed, comparisons between master and qualification group participants are the rule. Defending champion Salzburg will test against WSG Tirol next Friday, leader LASK will meet St. Pölten on May 27 in Pasching.
Also on May 27, Vienna Austria receives TSV Hartberg, Sturm Graz (near Admira) and WAC (receives Mattersburg) contest their trial gallop the day before on May 26. Rapid tests against second division SV Horn at Allianz Stadium on May 28th. Altach will probably only have a second division to choose from.
Expected Goals: Weissman even trumps Haaland
Most friendly matches are to be played to the exclusion of the media. The format will vary: For example, the WAC and Mattersburg announced a comparison over 3 x 45 minutes.
From June 2nd (qualifying group) and June 3rd (master group) the Bundesliga will start again after the corona-related break. There are still ten rounds and the three-game Europa League play-off.
