The head of the world health organization (WHO) hopes that the Covid-19 pandemic can end in two years.
Speaking in Geneva on Friday (21/08), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said the Spanish flu outbreak was on 1918 took two years to handle.
But he added that the current sophistication of technology could make the world handle the Covid-19 virus in a shorter time.
“Of course, with more connectivity, the virus has a greater chance of spreading,” he said.
