The pandemic has accelerated the digital revolution and eco-sustainable development. And these are the skills that will be required of the more than 2.5 million new employees by businesses.
These numbers can be found in the report Excelsior of Unioncamere e Anpal on employment forecasts between 2019 and 2023.
According to the report, Italian companies will hire around 250,000 workers with computer and mathematical skills for digital jobs, such as data scientist, i.e. experts in data analysis.
