Every December 31, millions of visitors converge on New York to admire the descent of the Times Square Ball, this gigantic ball that marks the arrival of the new year. It’s also an opportunity to admire the fireworks in Prospect Park, not to mention the NYC Winter Lantern Festival in Staten Island and the LuminoCity Festival in Manhattan. MANHATTAN
