The BBC reported on the 22nd (local time) that a couple infected with Corona 19 had a wedding in the hospitalization room of a university hospital in England.
According to the BBC, prospective couples Elizabeth Kerr and Simon O’Brien promised to marry in June. After receiving the confirmation of Corona 19, they were brought to the hospital together.
The prospective bridegroom O’Brien was taken to the intensive care unit due to a sharp deterioration.
“It may be the last chance to get married,” said nurse Hannah Cannon, who saw this. They decided to have a wedding in a hurry.
Kerr and O’Brien had a ceremony in the intensive care unit with oxygen respirators four hours after they decided to marry.
Fortunately, O’Brien’s condition improved after the wedding. A few days later, as a couple, they also kissed for the first time.
