Hey dear MacUser,
I have not received any messages from WhatsApp since 05/20/21. Neither as a push notification, nor that a number (for new messages) is displayed for the WA icon. The bug appeared all of a sudden, without any changes from me (in the settings the messages are switched on everywhere).
I have already switched the iPhone off and on again several times and deleted and reinstalled WhatsApp – without success. In addition, iOS is up to date (iOS 14.6).
Does anyone have any idea how I can fix the bug?
