Users said the ‘connecting’ message appeared and wouldn’t go away. The outage is said to have started around 10:30 PM Dutch time. More than an hour later, the message service reported that it was back on the air.
It is not known whether it was a global outage. On Twitter you can see that reports came from several countries.
