TEGUCIGALPA, HONDURAS.- The messaging app Whatsapp will launch a new one functionality which will consist in facilitating the users the search for a Message specific of Date inside the chat.
While there is currently a tool that finds messages by searching for a keyword, it will be easier now.

Many users complain that it’s not entirely helpful for them to find a specific piece of information among the different dates the keyword was repeated.
As reported by the WABEtainfo portal, some clues about this tool have already been given since 2020, but the messaging service has developed it again and started its leak in the latest beta version of WhatsApp for iOS 22.24.0.77, so much so that some users can already use it in their individual and group chats.

How to search a message by date in the new feature?
If a calendar icon appears in the chat, it means that the tool is enabled for your WhatsApp account.
Thanks to this feature, you can jump to a date to find out which messages have been shared within a given conversation, and you can even go to the first message.
This new WhatsApp tool will be available on Android and iOS phones, but they have not yet revealed a specific date for its future launch.
