WhatsApp has recently addednew functionand many of them use some of the things that some competing products have already hadmake upof.The latest one is that WhatsApp finally catches upmessage editing functionallowing the user to modify the content of the sent message within 15 minutes at most, just long press the speech bubble and select “Edit”.
Unlike the practice of viewing the previous version of the same Facebook post after modification, WhatsApp will only display the word “edited” next to the edited speech bubble, and will not see the edit history. However, when you meet someone who is very curious, or if you really accidentally say something wrong, it is better to delete it directly, otherwise it will cause confusion (although there is still a record).
The new features are being rolled out to WhatsApp users one after another and are expected to be available within a few weeks.
