To use the function, you just have to tap the corresponding message longer, then the menu with the different reaction emojis opens. In addition to the “thumbs up”, the “thumbs down” or a smiling smiley are also available. If you now choose the appropriate reaction, it is displayed in a small icon below the message.
Applications like Twitter and iMessage already have such functions. Competitor WhatsApp still has to follow suit.
