WhatsApp Web did not allow use when the phone was not connected to the internet until now. After the new step, Facebook opens the way to be used at any time.
In other words, with the new feature, WhatsApp Web can be used even when the internet connection on the phone is disconnected.
This feature is expected to be implemented in the coming months.
