Scandal with the military on the train “Ukrzaliznytsya” it has a following. Together he reviewed five hours of video from cameras in the carriage where the conflict arose. They argue that a verbal skirmish occurred among the passengers before the conductor approached check tickets.

In “Ukrzaliznytsa” complaintwhat the workers noticed the frustrated serviceman already in the vestibule. After that them he stopped several times, tried to calm him down and offered him a seat in a first class carriage. What shocked the man he did not say.

“It was considered incorrect to insist and interrogate. What exactly did the passengers tell our military – we don’t know for sure, unless he himself decides that it is worth sharing. But one thing is clear: what he heard hurt him”, explained the company.

They added it after the scandalous story stewards and guides will be trained in psychological assistance. However, Ukrzaliznytsia does not know how to teach courtesy to all passengers.

“If someone is driving with his laptop in our Intercity, drinking hot coffee, and suddenly the smell of the military in front bothers him, then the only thing he can afford is to shut his mouth, close his laptop, quietly get out at the nearest bus stop and continue on foot”– Alexander Petrovsky, director of the passenger company branch of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, wrote on his Facebook.
