Cosmic salary has been negotiated with BTV by Mihail Bilalov, who has been on the screen since December 20 as a host of the show “Get Rich”. The actor, who became famous for his role as Jaro in the BNT series “Undercover”, expects as much as BGN 22,000 in his bank account in just one month, Weekend writes.
It is claimed that Bilalov will receive a fee of BGN 1,000 for each broadcast on BTV of the returning show “Get Rich”. It is planned to be on screen every weekday evening from 6 pm on the site of the series “Fathers”, which goes on vacation at least until the end of February. With 22 working days a month, this means a salary of BGN 22,000 for Mihail Bilalov.
He would receive more or less the same money for a role in a TV series, which would cost him much more time and effort. In “Get Rich” several episodes are filmed a day, no prior preparation is required, as when the actor enters a role, not many doubles are made, nor are lines memorized. At the same time, the TV did not bother to untie the bag for the show, as they expected very good results from it, say people familiar with the matter. BTV has been heavily advertising “Get Rich” since the end of July, when it was announced that it had bought the form, which years ago started on Nova TV, and then was broadcast briefly on BNT. No TV production has recently made such a long advertising campaign. In addition, the comedy “Fathers” has created a habit for viewers looking for entertainment to turn on BTV at 6 p.m. This audience is expected to spill over to Get Rich, while also attracting audiences who love shows in question.
Mihail Bilalov has been the host of “Get Rich” since 2018, when the game started on BNT. He replaced Niki Kanchev, who was the face of the show on Nova TV, where it was broadcast with some interruptions for 13 years – from 2001 to 2014. Jaro’s salary is not the highest in his native show business. Before the pandemic, the stars earned much more than their appearances on camera.
