The differences between municipalities remain large. In the past week, the most cases per 10,000 inhabitants were in Ouder-Amstel, Delft and Amsterdam.
It should be noted that Ouder-Amstel has relatively few inhabitants, and an outbreak is therefore more noticeable. This concerns 13 positive tests per 10,000 inhabitants. In both Delft and Amsterdam, this concerns approximately 11 positive tests per 10,000 inhabitants.
Amsterdam is still the undisputed corona capital in absolute numbers, with 963 positive tests. Last week there were 558. The capital is followed by Rotterdam and The Hague, with 575 and 574 positive tests. Last week there were 374 and 331 respectively.
Abroad
The number of infected people who have been abroad is less than in recent weeks. Last week it concerned 821 people, this week 671. That is 12 percent of all positive people.
