Offenbach (dpa / lrs) – In Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland, dry weather with cloudy weather is forecast for the last Sunday in October. The night before, however, there will be local showers, according to the forecast by the German Weather Service (DWD) in Offenbach. The maximum temperatures on Sunday are between 15 and 18 degrees. In the late evening it could rain in the far west, sometimes with thunderstorms. Stronger, occasionally stormy winds are possible in the mountains.
For the night of Monday, the meteorologists expect showers and individual thunderstorms, the temperatures drop to 10 to 6 degrees. According to the forecast, it will be cloudy at the start of the week, sometimes with loosening. Showers are possible locally, but in many places it should remain dry. The expected temperatures are a maximum of 12 to 14 degrees, in the Hocheifel around 10 degrees.
On Tuesday it will be changeable and cloudy. Rain is said to come from the west. A moderate south-westerly wind blows at maximum values of 10 to 13 degrees.
