The weather in July in Ukraine will be hot, like in the tropics. In some regions it will be up to +40 degrees. At the same time, rain and thunderstorms are predicted. Also, dust storms will cover the country at the beginning of the month on July 1-4.

According to him, storms, thunderstorms and hail are expected from July 8 to 12. The air temperature will drop to +22 degrees. However, then there will be heat and high humidity again.
In mid-July, the weather will be the same as in June, but hotter. It is expected that in the daytime the thermometer will show up to +35 degrees, in the southern and eastern regions even up to +40.
After mid-July, according to Gorban’s forecast, there will be a third blow of the elements: heavy rains will begin. For July 21-22, about 15-20 mm of precipitation will fall. A dust storm is possible from June 25 to June 27. The air will warm up to +29 … + 31 degrees during the day. Showers will start again at the end of the month.
According to the Ukrhydrometeorological Center, the average monthly air temperature is expected to be 20-25 degrees Celsius, in the Carpathians 16-18 degrees Celsius. Which is 1-3 degrees higher than in June, and close to the climatic norm.

Deputy Director of the Ukrhydrometeorological Center Anatoly Prokopenko added that the high temperature and then changing it to a colder one will form tornadoes, especially in the steppe regions, there will be more of them than in June.
According to him, due to the rampant elements, it is likely that the settlements will be de-energized, flooding and even eroded roads are possible.
Monthly precipitation is expected to be 34-91 mm (in the Carpathians and in some places in the Carpathian region up to 155 mm), also within normal limits. More rains will take place in the western, northern and Vinnitsa regions – 62 mm or more, less in the southern regions, especially in the Kherson region and in the Crimea, here it can be below 30 mm.
The highest temperatures will be in the east and southeast of the country. The heat will cover Lugansk, Donetsk, Kharkov, Zaporozhye and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
The temperature in Kiev is generally expected to be 25 and above degrees Celsius during the day.
