Wealth of Tesla CEO Elon Musk peaks above $250 billion | Financial

Especially the very prosperous ride up in recent weeks of Tesla stock, in which Musk has a large stake, gives his wealth wings. According to data agency Bloomberg, the top boss at Tesla has a net worth of $252 billion. This year alone, Musk has netted more than $80 billion.

Unlike other automakers worldwide, Tesla has hardly suffered from chip shortages in the production of its models. Earlier this month, the automaker manufacturer showed strong business results for the third quarter that propelled its share price upwards.

New boost

On Monday, another boost was added. Car rental company Hertz has placed a major order with Tesla for the delivery of 100,000 cars. According to Bloomberg, the deal is worth $4.2 billion.

In addition to the good state of affairs at Tesla, Musk’s space company SpaceX is also on the rise. In September, four tourists successfully went into orbit. Earlier this year, there was another lucrative contract from NSA to build a spacecraft.

Its great rival Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, has been put at a great distance in wealth. His wealth is good for the second place in the rich list with $193 billion.
