Dr. Muhammad Awad Taj al-Din, the President’s advisor for health affairs, said that there has been an improvement in the number of cases of Coronavirus infection compared to last month, pointing out that the number of critical cases is decreasing, but there are still cases, commenting: “But the situation is reassuring.”

“Tajuddin” added, during a telephone conversation with the “Today” program, broadcast on the “DMC” satellite channel, that the escalation in injuries is horizontal, not vertical. That is, be gradual and not in large numbers, continuing: “We have passed the peak of the second wave of Corona virus.”

The President’s Health Adviser noted that vaccines do not provide a complete prevention of infection with the Coronavirus, but they do provide partial protection.
