The commander of the Defense General Staff, General Daniel Petrescu, said in an interview for Europa FMthat there are problems related to a bridge near Cincu in Brașov and that they must be solved “as soon as possible”.
- “We have a problem right next to Cincu with a bridge, which we have to solve as soon as possible (…) It is a bridge that needs to be repaired by the local authorities,” Petrescu told Europa FM.
G4Media wrote in early June this year that NATO’s heavy armor may no longer have a place to reach the Cincu range because of this bridge, which is no more than 100 meters long. See details here.
