Why did you ask the judge to recognize the city of Saint-Denis as a civil party in the trial for the November 13 attacks?

The City of Paris and that of Saint-Denis, which I represent, have asked the judge to recognize them as civil parties in the trial of the November 13 attacks because it is a founding principle of criminal law that allows those who benefit from it, in particular a right of access to the file, to attend the trial, to question the accused, etc.
