Hip-hop musician Arturs Skutelis has published a new video for the song “Arkanar”, which is the final of his latest album “Avalanche”.

The album, which was released at the end of 2019, was recorded in Riga, PKI studio. Music producer, beatmaker Oriole (Uģis Vālodze) and musician Alise Golovacka took part in the recording of the song.
The director of the clip is Antons Barons, cameraman – Dāvids Smiltiņš, drone cameraman – Reinis Vilnis Baltiņš, artist-scenographer – Gustavs Zālītis, executive producer – Mārcis Jansons, creative producer – Vita Kalve. The main roles are Aksels Līcis and Arturs Skutelis.
The filming uses excerpts from a reproduction of Hieronymus Bosch’s The Garden of Earthly Delights. The clip was filmed in Krustpils and Jaunciems, processed and completed in Riga.
Arturs Skutelis is one of the most famous and original Latvian hip-hop musicians and authors of lyrics, the founder of the studio and creative association PKI (Eliots, ansis, Edavārdi, etc.), the leader of the live music group “Tvērumi”. Skuteļa’s debut is considered to be the album “My Mīt” released in 2009. This year, shortly before the state of emergency was declared due to the pandemic, Skutelis held the largest concert of his career to date at the Palladium Concert Hall.
