Digital Foundry accidentally discovered that Call of Duty: Warzone runs on Xbox Series X at 120fps, while PS5 is limited to 60FPS.
As the tests demonstrate, the nextgen console Microsoft for the most part shows more than 100 frames per second. How often the shooter gets to the cherished 120 FPS is not specified, however, during the landing on the plane, the indicator can drop just below 100 frames.
Experts speculate that the blocking on the PlayStation 5 is related to PS4 restrictions. If the battle royale is fully ported to the new Sony console, then 120 FPS support will certainly appear there, especially considering that Black Ops Cold War just gives such an opportunity.
