Koçal stated that there is a letter of consent regarding the salaries among the documents that the banks have signed to the retirees while they are lending:

“As it is known, pensions cannot be foreclosed without the consent of the retired, except for their pensions and SSI receivables.

If our retired citizens cannot pay their loan installments without realizing it, they can sign the authority that gives the bank consent to receive the pension. We receive intense complaints that the banks have signed consent to the consumer without the necessary explanation. We have retired consumers suffering in this regard. “
