MMW Rechtsanwälte send out warnings for copyright infringement on behalf of Spring Air GmbH. Photographs are said to have been used without authorization.
the MMW lawyers send from Koblenz for the Spring Air GmbH, which says it has been selling used hi-fi high-end devices through its online trade for over 20 years, issued warnings for an alleged Copyright infringement.
Content of the warning:
The addressees of the warning are people who use photos of the products offered by Spring Air GmbH without authorization. The managing director of Spring Air GmbH took these photos with the help of expensive photo equipment and transferred the exclusive right to use the photos to the GmbH.
Requirements of the warning:
Due to the unauthorized use of the image material, the submission of a declaration of cease and desist and information about the type and use of the photographs is asserted. In addition, Spring Air GmbH seeks payment of damages due to the unauthorized use of the image material as well as the lawyer’s fees after a value in dispute of several thousand euros. The amount in dispute may vary, as it depends on whether the person warned has acted commercially or privately.
