The problem
As the Russian invasion of Ukraine results in massive bombardments, a flight of refugees and fierce fighting in the heart of Europe, humanitarian organizations and NGOs are on the front line. However, contrary to countries where they intervene regularly for structural needs, the nature of the crisis in Ukraine obliges to adapt the methods of intervention. Reconnaissance of the terrain, implementation of systems intended to compensate for the destroyed infrastructures, adaptation to a changing situation… the intervention teams face other needs which innovative solutions can meet.
