The action was immediately responded by the local government. The Kuantan Airport Assembly will impose sanctions on car owners if they do not dismantle the ‘ward’ immediately. Because the position of the car feels exactly in the middle of the road so that it can hamper the flow of traffic.
Head of Public Relations and Corporations of MBK, Norkamawati Kamal explained, a demolition order had been issued for the next seven days for the owner of the vehicle in question.
“If the vehicle owner or related parties do not comply with the notification letter, a confiscation will be carried out,” quoted from Sinarharian Malaysia.
“We charge a confiscation rate of RM100 (around Rp. 350 thousand) per day until the owner or related party redeems this vehicle,” he added.
