Wanda Hamidah threatened to report insurance agents. This is because he suspects that there is a violation of the ITE Law.
“First, gather the bullying agents… who say I’m in high school but stupid, can’t read the policy, can’t tell the difference between insurance and savings, I’m slanderous, want to be sent to prison for defamation using the ITE Law… What else? What else? It’s still a little.. Come on, let’s bring it on,” he wrote on Instagram Stories.
Previously, Wanda Hamidah complained about a health insurance. He admitted that he did not get a satisfactory answer after complaining on social media.
“It’s like eating in a restaurant, I complain. They say, for example, which one is undercooked, let us see or make a new one. Sometimes, we fix it, and add desert. Please listen to my disappointment,” he told AFP.
“I’ve been to the agency to give it time, it’s not wrong, it’s just like this, you can talk to the center again. It’s been in the process for the last two months.”
Regarding insurance agents, Wanda Hamidah also admitted that she had been attacked. Some even say harsh words.
“Many agents attack me, g** don’t read. That’s because our agents trust us, our friends, our friends. So don’t fool customers, I just feel that way, this is a system that must be fixed, the government cannot be silent,” he said.
Today, Wanda Hamidah said she would meet with the health insurance. He hopes there is a solution.
“Today: Will meet prudential, hopefully there is a solution, just want my child to be operated on immediately,” Wanda wrote on Instagram Stories.
Not only that, Wanda Hamidah also has a backup plan if she doesn’t get the cost for the operation later. Wanda Hamidah did say that her baby had not undergone surgery.
Wanda Hamidah also explained that she wanted to use BPJS if the insurance concerned did not fulfill her claim.
“Want to try BPJS,” said Wanda Hamidah.
