Walmart Canadá instructs dissatisfied Cyberpunk 2077 customers to contact the game’s developer, CD Projekt Red (CDPR) directly if they would like a refund. In a tweet from the “Walmart Canada Gaming” account, the retailer clarified that it does not accept returns for open software.
In other words, if you only bought the game to play and encountered various bugs and glitches, you won’t be able to get your money back. These types of software return policies can be very frustrating, especially with games like Cyberpunk having issues at launch.
