Vox assures that its complaint for the dismissal of Pérez de los Cobos has been “archived” | Courts

The far-right party Vox has announced that his complaint for the dismissal of colonel Diego Pérez de los Cobos it has been “filed” by a Madrid court. Has been the deputy Macarena Olona the one that announced on Twitter the judge’s decision, also explaining that they will appeal: they accused the general director of the Civil Guard, Maria Gamez, and the Secretary of State for Security, Rafael Perez, of various crimes related to the dismissal of Pérez de los Cobos.

The complaint was announced a few days ago by the party itself, assuring that both were accused of crimes of obstruction of justice, from retaliation Y prevarication accusing both of promoting the departure of Pérez de los Cobos from the Madrid Command for not wanting to give them information about the reports they had delivered to the judge investigating the call for feminist 8M.

The complaint, of whose “file” no further details are known, has been rejected by the same magistrate who a few days ago decided to refuse to investigate Fernando Simón, leaving the decision of whether or not to open a case for homicide in the hands of the Móstoles judges unwise. As in this case, then the complaint was also rejected without transferring it to the Prosecutor’s Office, something that in any case is not mandatory.

The ultra-rightist formation presented the complaint before the internal note of the Civil Guard reflecting the reasons for the dismissal and signed by Gámez came to light, and has announced that it will appeal to the Provincial Court of Madrid.
