On the evening of October 15, an emergency happened with the vocalist of the cult American glam metal group Motley Crue. Vince Neil, 60, fell off the stage and was taken to hospital. Previously, the artist received rib fractures.
The incident took place at the Monster on the Mountain festival in the US state of Tennessee. Neil was performing there with his own band (not Motley Crue), when during one of the songs he came to the edge of the stage and fell from a height of one and a half meters. And below, unfortunately, there was a cement floor.
As the publication reports TMZ, the fall is not related to alcohol or feeling unwell. The artist simply did not notice that there was a gap between the edge of the stage and the sound amplifier, and collapsed into it. The singer’s team decided that he had broken his ribs, and took him under the arms backstage, and then handed him over to the ambulance team.
Recall that Vince Neil has been singing in Motley Crue since its inception in 1981, although in the 90s he left it with a scandal, but then returned. Then he experienced a great tragedy – his little daughter died of cancer.
