Vivo Indonesia will launch its newest flagship Vivo X80 and Vivo X80 Pro to Indonesia on July 26.
Vivo Indonesia Product Manager Hadie Mandala said the development of the Vivo X Series is the company’s commitment to meet consumer needs, related to professional smartphone photography which is increasingly significant in their daily lives.
“We are seriously developing the Vivo X80 Series with various updates in the software and hardware sections,” he said in his statement.
Vivo X80 and Vivo X80 Pro offer innovations and enhanced features and make it easier for users to support every photography and videography activity. In collaboration with ZEISS, Vivo for the first time presents the Cinematic Style Video mode on the Vivo X80 Series device.
There is also the new ZEISS Cinematic Video Bokeh feature which will create a strong oval flare bokeh effect at a ratio of 2.39:1.
“This feature creates a widescreen cinematic lens effect that can capture video moments that are very aesthetic and expressive,” continued Hadie.
Users can also choose a regular bokeh video lens and can create portrait videos with bokeh effects in just one click.
The bokeh effect varies according to the focal length, aperture and shooting distance, as well as round lens flare in a 16:9 regular frame.
Vivo also brings Dual-Flagship Chip capabilities on the Vivo X80 Series to provide faster, smoother chipset performance, and also provide efficiency in the use of cellphone batteries.
Vivo X80 Pro will use the Vivo V1 + Chip and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 configuration. While the Vivo X80 will use a combination of Vivo V1 + Chip and MediaTek Dimensity 9000.
“We ensure that the Vivo X80 Series will be present in the Indonesian market on July 26, 2022, supported by the latest technology and innovations both in terms of cameras, performance, design, and in terms of smartphone functions,” said Hadie.
