It is reported that today the court received an administrative claim from Vitrenko and an application for securing it. The defendant indicated NAPK, third parties – the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and “Naftogaz”.
“In particular, in the statement on securing the claim, Yuriy Vitrenko asks the UASC to suspend the NACP order dated July 1, 2021. At the same time, in the statement of claim, the plaintiff asks to declare unlawful and cancel this order of the National Agency,” the statement says.
At the moment, the court is deciding whether there are legal grounds for taking measures to secure a claim and initiating proceedings in an administrative case.
