THE HAGUE – King Willem-Alexander’s intended visit to Germany is unsettled. This is because the German federal Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the equivalent of the Dutch RIVM, has declared the provinces of South and North Holland to be a risk area due to the increased number of new corona infections. When asked, the Government Information Service announced on Wednesday evening that the German “advice is known, but that it is not possible to respond in substance.”
