The fire broke out at the beginning of the afternoon at 2 rue Henri Gautier in a 5,000 m² warehouse island located in the Vignes industrial zone in Bobigny. DMany companies, textile warehouses and shops such as the Métro store are present there. The fire ravaged a beverage storage shed.

150 firefighters from the BSPP, the Paris fire brigade, robots and aerial lifting arms were dispatched to the scene to contain the disaster and prevent the spread to other warehouses, particularly textiles.
