Violence splits ‘Oasis of Peace’ | Abroad

SNOW SHALOM – The explosion of violence in the streets of Israel, where Jewish and Arab gangs attack each other with brute force, has shaken the foundations of the state. Is peaceful coexistence possible? Neve Shalom / Wahat al-Salam set a good example for decades. Jews and Arabs built the village together, as an example of coexistence, but even in the Oasis of Peace the conflict is now seeping through.
