A new sale within this program led by 6e Sens Immobilier and Promoval was completed.
“Impulse” is fully marketed. With the sale of 2,000 m² to Norma Capital, 6e Sens Immobilier and Promoval announced on Friday that they had closed the marketing of this program carried jointly by the two structures.
This operation is a tertiary complex of 10,000 m² composed of 4 buildings, located in the heart of the Tonkin district in Villeurbanne. It hosts among others the Lyon branch of Ubisoft but also BTP Santé. The foundation stone of this real estate program of offices and business premises was asked in October 2019. One of the architectural peculiarities of the operation resided in particular in the preservation of a 19th century brick fireplace, witness to the rich industrial past of the site, and of Villeurbanne.
In a press release, developers 6e Sens Immobilier and Promoval announced that they had sold to Norma Capital the last spaces, namely building A (ground floor and 1st floor) and all of building C as well as parking lots. This set is rented to the Ynov Campus film school. The parties were advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
