An informal vendor causes outrage in Bogotá after learning of a video in which he hits a cohabitation manager because he asked him to use his mask well.
Hugo Acero, Secretary of Security, was the one who made the complaint.
“Given the kind request of our manager of coexistence for this citizen to use his face mask well, this was the response he received. We condemn and sanction this violent act. The behavior of our manager is admirable ”, he assured.
The video shows that the seller kicks the official and throws several blows.

Other citizens questioned the man’s violent attitude.
Claudia López, Mayor of Bogotá, also referred to the attack: “It is impossible to protect someone from himself. I thank the thousands of public servants of the mayor’s office who with humility and professionalism do their job of pedagogy and care every day throughout the city ”.
However, he clarified: “This case is the exception and not the rule. In # BogotáSeRespeta ”.
