The French winger opened the scoring for Barcelona in the 34th minute, dribbling past Juan Cuadrado and Sandro before beating goalkeeper Szczesny.

But Juventus fought back five minutes later, an accurate cross from Colombian winger Cuadrado finding Kean which overcame Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen. Barcelona nevertheless quickly regained the advantage, still with a goal from Dembélé, who punished a poor Italian defense.
Lewandowski discreet for his debut
Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez made a series of changes at half-time, with Dembélé making way for new Brazilian signing Raphina, while Depay, de Jong and Pjanic played.

Despite a brilliant start to the half from Barcelona, it was Juventus who scored, Kean fending off a rebound in the net in the 52nd minute.
Barcelona had two chances to make things worse in the 68th minute. First Raphina shook the crossbar with a free kick, then a shot from Ansu Fati hit the post.
