For Arthur h., our image of classical music is “very official when in fact, at the time, it was people who were… who were doing it who were a little crazy, who had visions, who had a very sensual approach.” In the late 1950s, Carnival of the Animals was written for children. “And I did the adult version, it’s not hardcore, it’s not pornographic, but still for adults”, laughs Arthur h.
