Earlier this week, a 6-year-old girl almost choked on eating McDonald’s nuggets brought home. In question, pieces of surgical mask that would have been cooked with chicken meat, BBC reports. The events took place in Hampshire County, Great Britain.
As the little girl begins to choke, her mother then has to put her fingers down her throat “to force her to vomit. And it was speckled blue.” Upon closer examination, she discovers another blue colored piece protruding from a nugget. “It was a mask, fully cooked, like chewing gum! It was disgusting.”
Little Maddie’s mother immediately went to the restaurant to demand an explanation. The manager then assured him that the nuggets were not cooked on site. The fast food chain has since opened an investigation with the supplier concerned. Products of the same batch were withdrawn from restaurants.
The mother, for her part, assured that she would never go to a Mc Donald’s again.
