Spectacular footage shows a 12-year-old boy, who slipped from a chairlift, at a resort in Saskatchewan, Canada on March 6. He hung on with his hands and managed to hold on until the finish.
More fear than harm for this young 12-year-old snowboarder, who experienced a particularly trying climb back up the slopes in a winter sports resort in Canada. While sitting in the ski lift seat, he removed the safety gate too early and slipped.
12-year-old Liam Gratton then gripped the seat as best he could with his legs dangling over the trees in Table Mountain Regional Park in North Battleford. He was filmed by skiers who were behind him. The other people who were sitting with him could not bring him up.

He held on until the finish, where he was able to let go. He comes out unscathed.
“It could have been a very serious incident,” said Lawrence Blouin, General Manager of Table Mountain Station.
