Broadcasting company CNN has published a video on its “Youtube” profile, where in an interview with tourists, they talked about the embarrassing situation. One of the tourists says that he is annoyed because it is not possible to ski. The man mentions that the heat in January is scary and definitely not a good thing, stressing that he is currently wearing only a vest, not a winter coat.

This is not the first year that resorts have struggled with unseasonal weather. Ski operators fear that cold and snowy winters will soon be a thing of the past due to global warming. It’s also bad news for mountain towns that depend on winter tourism for their main income.

Experts say this season’s lack of snow offers a glimpse of a worrisome future. “These problems will become even more common in the future because the snow will continue to melt as the climate warms,” ​​says Wim Thierry, professor of climate science at the University of Brussels.
