Real Madrid vs Valencia took place at King Fahd Stadium, Thursday (12/1/2023) in the morning WIB. The Blancos had a golden opportunity in the 10th minute through Rodrygo Goes, but the ball was released wide of the goal.
Carlo Ancelotti’s troops continued to try to hammer the Valencian defence. In the 15th minute, Real Madrid had another chance through Federico Valverde, but again it didn’t lead to a goal.
Madrid then earned a 36th-minute penalty after Karim Benzema was brought down in the restricted area. Benzema, who became the executor, also successfully performed his duties.
No further goals until half-time. Real Madrid led 1-0 throughout the first half.
Valencia immediately surprised Real Madrid in the first minute of the second half. An attack by Los Che was successfully converted into a goal by Samuel Lino and the score changed to 1-1.

Valencia actually had a golden opportunity in the 110th minute or in the second half of extra time. Dimitri Foulquire ran from an offside position and managed to shoot from inside the penalty area, but the ball was cleared by the goalkeeper.
No goals were created during extra time 2×15 minutes. The duel in this match also had to go to penalties to find a winner.
Madrid can finally move on to the final. The Blancos won the duel on penalties with a score of 4-3.
Valencia were down to five kickers. Edinson Cavani, Ilaix Moriba and Hugo Guillamon can do the job. Eray Comert and Jose Gaya failed to score.
Real only got to the fourth kicker. All the executors successfully fulfilled their duties, namely Karim Benzema, Luka Modric, Toni Kroos and Marco Asensio.
