At least five people have been killed and 18 injured in a rocket attack on the southern Ukrainian port city of Odessa.
This was stated by the head of the presidential office Andriy Ermak, quoted by Reuters and AFP.
“In all probability, the number of victims will be higher,” he told Telegram, adding that a three-month-old baby was among those killed, BTA reported.
