Agustin said the effect of Olivia’s deception did not only cause one victim to die. However, Agustin said there were a total of six victims who died.

As is known, the case began on November 13, 2019, the suspect, who is an alumnus of SMAN 6 Jakarta, contacted witness AGS (the suspect’s teacher at SMAN 6 Jakarta) and explained that he could enter someone into civil servant by using ministerial slots. At that time he claimed to be able to pass participants through achievement civil servant path replacement by replacing the CPNS who have received employee identification numbers (NIP) who died due to COVID-19, strokeand so on.
Olivia said that everyone interested was asked to pay Rp. 25-40 million per person. According to the suspect, the money will be used for administration to be handed over to an employee at the State Civil Service Agency (BKN).
Furthermore, the witness AGS passed the information on to his friends and family, including the victims of KN, who then informed the victims of SGY, RH, IM, RI, MA, and EP. The victims then came and met the suspect.
The suspect then explained that he had many acquaintances at BKN and guaranteed 100 percent that he could become a civil servant. If the requirements can be met, in April 2020 the prospective participants can start working as civil servants. Olivia also assured the victims that if she failed to include them as civil servants, she was willing to return the victim’s money, in full.
Currently Olivia Nathania has been named a suspect in a fictitious CPNS test fraud case. In total there were 225 people who became victims with a loss value of Rp 9.7 billion.
