MADRID, 2 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Vértice 360º has reached an agreement with Radio Popular for the acquisition of the autonomous digital terrestrial television license in the territorial scope of the Xunta de Galicia, as reported to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
This operation will expand the territorial coverage and audience of the company’s BOM CINE channel, with the consequent economic impact and positioning in the ranking of “best national channels” (source Kantar).
Vértice has highlighted that this acquisition is part of its strategy aimed at becoming the third national private television operator.
The agreement is conditioned to the previous regulated administrative procedure.
