Actress Veronika Žilková is currently celebrating her sixty-second birthday. Although she is not among the biggest in height, her inner strength could be envied even by men. Despite the fact that she went through extremely difficult situations in her life, she raised four children of her own, provided motherly arms to two stepchildren and is a grandmother of three.

Popular Czech actress and deserving mother Veronika Žilková is celebrating her birthday on Monday, October 16 sixty-second birthday. Influencer Agáta Hanychová did not forget to wish her mother through social networks, who wanted to let her followers know how important this day is to her.
“Today is the birthday of the woman I respect the most, because she is… the strongest… the fairest… the kindest… just my mom,” wrote the actress’s oldest child, who made her a three-times grandmother, on her own Instagram celebratory message.
To the joint photo, she added an archival image of the front page of Story magazine, where she is, as a memory Žilková surrounded by all her children. Together with Agata, her younger brothers Cyril and Vincent are in the picture, as well as the youngest of the family, then still a little girl, now eighteen-year-old Miss Kordula.
Life wounds for Žilková
There is truth in Agatha’s words. Not only did her mother raise four children of her own, but she also gave a home to two adopted ones. Veronika opened her motherly arms to Markéta and Jan as a thank you for the fact that her son Cyril survived the serious health problems he faced after birth. “I told myself that I had to give it back to fate somehow. So I paid him back by adopting two children.” said the famous actress in an interview for iDnes.cz year 2008.
At that time, Veronika and her then-husband Martin Stropnický were dealing with a loss and pain that is unimaginable for any parent. In November 2007, their six-month-old son Melichar, who was born with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia, died. “The doctors discovered the defect at the beginning of the seventh month, when termination is no longer allowed. It was not even visible how big it was and that it would be life-threatening. I had all the genetic tests in order, until the seventh month I had no problems.” stated Žilková in the aforementioned interview.
Recently, Veronika Žilková has been going through another difficult period, and that is the divorce with the former actor, politician and diplomat Martin Stropnický, who is the father of her youngest daughter Kordula. Stropnický’s departure from the family was a direct blow to the solar system for the actress. That he doesn’t want to be with her anymore told the actress via e-mail immediately after spending a long family vacation together with Kordula.
Since then, not only has the divorce proceedings dragged on, but the relationship between the politician and his eighteen-year-old daughter has also been frozen. According to the actress, Stropnický does not contact Kordula at all. “They haven’t seen each other for a year, and as my daughter and I learned from TV, my husband will get another embassy, so the situation probably won’t change for the next four years,” Žilková admitted to the newspaper some time ago Blesk.cz.
The family together again
In recent months, the actress has not had it easy even with her eldest daughter Agáta, who ended her relationship with media magnate Jaromír Soukup, just a few months after the birth of their daughter Rozárka. Although at first it seemed that the former model and the owner of TV Barrandov did not break up on bad terms, in the end the relations between the ex-partners became very tense. Soukup even threatens the mother of three with a lawsuit, and allegedly he wouldn’t mind depriving Agata of her youngest child and keeping her daughter in sole custody.
As a mother and grandmother, this situation naturally bothers Veronika, and as it turned out, she was not in love with Soukup from the very beginning. Her opinion of Agatha’s new partner even disrupted the previously strong relationship with her eldest daughter. “She didn’t approve of the relationship because mom lived in that relationship for eighteen years and she saw me living a similar pattern and I think she’s glad I didn’t live in it as long as she did.” said Agáta in an interview for eXtra.cz, with the fact that she cut off her mother in the beginning.

After Agáta’s breakup with Rozárka’s father, her relations with her mother and siblings were restored, and Veronika finally has her large family together again, and even with one more member.
