Last Friday arranged Pia Tjelta (44) and Synnøve Skarbø (51) bachelorette party for their good friend Vanessa Rudjord (46).
In the last episode of the podcast «Synnøve and Vanessa» shares the upcoming bride details on how the bachelorette party, where among other things Crown Princess Mette-Marit (48) was a guest, unfolded.
Surprised in bachelorette party
The 46-year-old says that after a long day full of activities and surprises, such as an intimate concert with Espen Lind (51) at the Theater Café, she was ready to relax.
Her fiancés still had one last surprise: a gift from her first husband, a comedian Thomas Giertsen (50). The former “Costume” editor was married to Giertsen in the years 2001-2006.

Received a gift from the daughter
In the podcast, Rudjord says that when she looked out of the window on the party bus they were traveling around with, she suddenly saw Giertsen walking her dog.
She further explains that the comedian, together with his daughter and his dog, got on the bus with presents.

And it was Giertsen’s daughter who was to make the funniest gift.
– It was also very fun that his daughter had a gift for me. Then she said that “we would like you to have this, it has been with us long enough”. And when I opened it, it was my and Thomas’ wedding album, she says at the same time as she and Skarbø burst out laughing.

Although the gift was meant to be humorous, Rudjord says that it was also sentimental. The album meant pictures she had not seen in about 20 years.
– I was a little moved because in the album there were pictures of Thomas’ mom and my father sitting next to each other, and both of them have passed away. It was very touching and very nice.

Rudjord is engaged to former rapper and author Jonas Forsang (41), and the wedding will take place this summer. They have been engaged since 2019, and have a son Harley (5) together. In addition, Rudjord has a daughter Luca (13) from a previous marriage with an investor Runar Vatne (48).
