The meeting was held at the Palisse gymnasium, the club’s headquarters, in the presence of Brigitte Barèges, mayor of Montauban, Daniel Bory, sports assistant, Nadia Cheklit assistant and Bernard Pécou municipal councilor of the town of Montauban, the latter also being departmental councilor in charge of sports, he represented President Michel Weill. Among the personalities, we can also mention Tamara Valet deputy and Jean Romanzin municipal councilor of the city of Montbeton, and Gérard Bonnet, secretary general of the Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee.

In his speech, President Jean-Claude Cerutti emphasized the merits of the executives, coaches and volunteer leaders, for their quality work and the passion they strive to transmit to all gymnast and samboist members. Everyone received a small end-of-season gift, in recognition of their commitment.
The BF1 Gym diplomas from the Sports and Gymnastics Federation of Labor (FSGT) were then awarded to Amandine Viguié and Yona Viguié Delpérier, and the silver medal from the Ministry of Sports and associative commitment by Pierre Messelier, trainer. , that of silver to Fabien Cerutti, and that of Gold to Marie-Pierre Valette, secretary general of the club, the medals were both pinned by Gérard Galey, the diplomas awarded by the godmother Nicole Leblanc.
