“Currently only 3 out of 10 children have complete vaccinations”, announced the coordinator of the PAN parliamentary group, Mario Vázquez Robles, denouncing the abandonment of the health sector by the federal government.
The legislator has specified that before this government 9 out of 10 children had the full card, unlike what currently happens when only 3 out of 10 have all the vaccinations.
He clarified the seriousness of this negligence, as it will have catastrophic consequences with the probable return of diseases already eradicated in Mexico, such as polio.
He also denounced that this lack of vaccines is caused by the federal government’s disinterest in the health of Mexicans, which is reflected in the lack of budget for this item, since this year the federation, in addition to the cut, has left a sub-exercise that has made so that of the 105 million pesos it had for this sector, only 47% was applied, that is, only 50 million pesos to take care of health throughout the country.
This is why he invited his fellow legislators to work on these issues, to be sensitive in this very delicate and important sector for the health and quality of life of Chihuahuas and Mexicans.
